Well, Sheridan LeFanu was one of the persons who inspired him with his novel about the female vampire "Carmilla". It was the first "modern"
vampire novel and the story wasn't located in Transylvania but in Styria.

This picture was inspired by LeFanu's novel and to give the picture more authencity, this shot was made at the original location of the story on (un)holy Styrian soil.
